T21 Financial

T21 Financial is a London-based Mortgage Brokerage that works with a wide range of clientele from first time buyers to high net worth clients. I worked with James on his branding and website when he set up his brokerage in 2020 so it was a pleasure to have him return again 4 years later when he decided to change the company name.

The new name T21 is short for Trisomy 21, more commonly known as Down Syndrome. James has a son with Down Syndrome which has taught him a whole new way of communicating and understanding that every person and situation is unique. He's carried that philosophy through to the way he provides mortgage advice and wanted his company to reflect his unique approach and his commitment to charitable causes supporting those with the condition.

I created T21 Financial a website and a suite of printed assets. The X shape used throughout the branding represents the extra chromosome that those with Down Syndrome are born with.
